AW: English Section for what reason do you need a separated english section? there is no need for it. we got at max 3 english posts per week... |

There are only 180 milion german speaker in the world. 100 milion as first language and 80 milion as second language:) Maybe separated english section is unnecessary, but translated sections, subtitles on the forum and mainpage would be helpful for us. Its my suggestion, but if you don't want to make your own radio more popular in the world this topic is usless. Ofcorse its only my opinion, this is your choice what will you do with it puecklerice wrote: there is no need for it. we got at max 3 english posts per week... I am sure if you translate some things, there will be more english posts. I wrote this post because i love ur station. |

AW: English Section Generally, I have to agree with you. It is probably an advantage to appeal to a more international stage as well. However, you must think of the effort that translations would cause to us. You know, every automatic program that translates German into English is shit. So, we would be forced to do it by ourselves. For example, there would be a necessity to write every single news twice and maybe even the shows would need to be bilingual. All in all, we are not at the point to do something like this, yet. Perhaps there will be an English version of Technobase in the future. And btw: I also hate Pokemon music. ;-) |
AW: English Section Meh, I don't care if it's not in English. Heck it's more entertaining in German anyways. This station helps give me a reasion to learn German because, hell German is a main language in the techworld and this station just rocks.... |
